What you're buying

Template packs are digital documents delivered by download immediately after purchase, in editable Word (.docx) and PDF formats. The Readiness Review is a professional service delivered as a written findings report and follow-up call.

Licence

Your purchase gives your organisation a licence to adapt and use the templates internally, indefinitely. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates, or use them to provide services to other organisations, without written permission.

Refunds

If a pack isn't right for your organisation, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. By purchasing a download you consent to immediate delivery; this guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Readiness Review fees are refundable in full until the review has begun.

Updates

Template updates prompted by changes to the Cyber Essentials scheme or UK GDPR guidance are free for 12 months from purchase.

What the templates are — and aren't

Templates are starting points for adaptation by your organisation. They are not legal advice, and completing them does not guarantee Cyber Essentials certification, which is assessed by licensed certification bodies. You remain responsible for ensuring your adopted policies suit your organisation's circumstances.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
